Veritas Vineyard and Winery is thrilled to announce the return of the annual Supper Series—a summer-long celebration of food, wine, and the incredible people behind what we eat.
Now in its third year, the dinner series brings together farmers, chefs, and culinary artisans who are changing how we think about what’s on our plates. From sustainable seafood to heritage meats and heirloom vegetables, each event showcases the story and soul of Virginia’s most dedicated food producers, paired with wine and prepared by the Veritas culinary team.




Here’s what’s on the table for 2025:
June 13 – Polyface Farms
Daniel Salatin joins Veritas from the legendary Polyface Farms, known for pasture-raised meats and regenerative farming practices. This dinner is a must for meat lovers, featuring beef and poultry raised with integrity and prepared with purpose. View their thoughtfully-prepared menu via this link.

July 18 – Village Garden RVA & SummerSupperSomm
David and Barbara Hunsaker have cultivated over 400 varieties of tomatoes and 100 types of chiles through Village Garden RVA. Expect a vibrant, tomato-centric feast that showcases the rich flavors of mid-summer produce, paired with Veritas wines that are fantastic for summer nights. Founded in 2021 by farmers David and Barbara Hunsaker of Village Garden RVA and sommelier/author Jason Tesauro, SummerSupperSomm is a unique dinner experience uniting chefs, farmers, winemakers and guests in an adventurous collaboration that explores food and food history from foraged, to farmed, to graceful presentation and luscious flavors, all amid exotic fruit specimens and beautiful fresh-picked decor.

August 15 – Luke McFadden & Chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois
A powerhouse duo—Chesapeake crabber and TikTok favorite Luke McFadden teams up with Southern Chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois for an unforgettable evening of seafood and soul. Think crab, Southern classics, and a lively summer vibe.

September 19 – Autumn Olive Farms
Veritas closes the season with Tyler Trainum of Autumn Olive Farms, a Shenandoah Valley favorite known for heritage products and thoughtful farming. Enjoy a full-circle, farm-inspired menu with the richness of early fall and the beauty of the Blue Ridge.
